Calgary, AB - Calgary Flames Executive Vice President & General Manager Darryl Sutter announced today the signing of defenseman Gord Baldwin and forwards Kris Chucko and Gaelan Patterson.

Patterson, a native of La Ronge, Saskatchewan, spent the past four seasons with the Saskatoon Blades of the Western Hockey League. Patterson netted 26 goals and 33 assists for 59 points to go along with 31 penalty minutes during the 2009-10 regular season. He added four goals and six assists for 10 points during the 2009-10 WHL post season before joining the Abbotsford Heat (AHL) for three playoff games where he netted his first professional goal.
